Transfer of Risk and Ownership

Responsibility for products transfers to you once we deliver them to the carrier, even if you have not yet taken physical possession. Ownership transfers upon full payment, including shipping. Pricing

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are only accepted:

• On the same day the order was placed,
• Via phone or email,
• Provided the product hasn’t been handed to the courier.

Shipping Method & Cost

Products are handed to the courier (General Post S.A.) by 14:00. Orders placed on Friday are shipped Monday to avoid food storage over weekends. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays are processed the next business day.
